Options for Care Dementia Education

A four part series for care partners of people living with dementia, who are at or approaching a stage when more supports are needed at home or long term care is being considered. Held at the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library from 2-4pm on the following dates.
Sept. 24: When care needs are increasing
Oct. 1: Long Term care decisions
Oct. 8: Transitioning care roles
Oct. 22: Care for the care partner
Each session will include a workbook, question and discussion period relevant to the topic of the day.
