‘Remembrance’ is the first exhibition of Leonard’s work to be featured in the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library Art Gallery, running from November 4 to 21. This exhibition will showcase beautiful, large pieces that depict events from World War I and II, which have significantly impacted Leonard’s life and the lives of his family. The inspiration for this remarkable series of paintings came from conversations with Leonard’s mother and aunt, both of whom were war brides married to Canadian soldiers.

Please join us on Friday, November 21st at 12pm at the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library for a presentation by John C. Leonard who will offer insight into the inspiration behind these remarkable Remembrance Day series. No registration required.
