Sensory Blast-Off – Tuesday, March 12th at 1pm

Jean Parker and Rachel Smith, best known as the stars of Food Network Canada’s The Baker Sisters, have appeared as baking experts on the Marilyn Denis Show, ET Canada and are seasoned judges at the Midland Butter Tart Festival as well as other sweet show-downs across the province. The pair are authors of “Baking Wonderland,” which is available for borrowing from the library. This kids baking cookbook is filled with the sisters’ best recipes of cookies, cupcakes, donuts and cakes as well as ooey-gooey recipes of fillings, frostings, glazes and toppings!

We’re looking for Vendors!

The Stirling-Rawdon Public Library and Stirling Public School are hosting a Fun Fair! The Fun Fair will be held at the Stirling Arena on Friday, May 24th from 5-8pm. Funds raised will go towards both the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library and Stirling Public School. If you would like to showcase your crafts, products or other items at the Fun Fair we’re looking for you!

Date: Friday, May 24th 5-8pm

Set-up: 1-4pm

Location: Stirling Arena, 435 West Front St. Stirling, ON K0K 3E0

Cost: $25 for each 12’x8′ space, no table, chair or hydro provided. Payment is non-refundable and vendor space is not confirmed until payment is made in full. Cash only.
