Self-Sufficient Living Discussion Group – Tuesday, November 21st at 6pm
Formerly called Grow Your Own: Garden Discussion Group.
Join us for an informal discussion group where we learn from each other and talk about topics related to becoming more self-sufficient. We discuss topics such as gardening, canning and preserving, baking, soap making, beekeeping, wood working, fermenting and more! No registration required. Everyone welcome.
In November, bring a canned or preserved item that you have made to share with the group. Then we will be having a brief discussion on sourdough breads.

Mittens for Kittens!
It’s that time of year when we start collecting mittens! Drop off donations of new mittens, scarves and hats until December 2nd when we will be presenting them to the Community Cupboard Christmas Sharing Program.

CDC Quinte Diaper Drive
CDC Quinte is hoping to reach their goal of 20, 000 diapers. If you are able to donate diapers or a monetary donation please do! This diaper drive helps to reduce the operating costs of the Good Baby Box program and is the only fundraiser they do!
