After School Hangout – May 8th & 15th

Tomorrow after school the Stirling Horticultural Society will be joining our After School Hangout to plant marigolds! Join us to decorate a flower pot and plant a marigold seed for you to grow and care for. Then enter them in the Stirling Fair this summer! Everyone welcome, no registration required. If you can't make it this week, they will be back next week, May 15th as well!

Art Show Opening – Patti Fenwick – Saturday, May 4th

New art going up in our Art Gallery this Saturday, May 4th! Join us between 1:30 and 3pm for an opening reception, meet the artist and enjoy a talk by the artist at 2pm. Everyone welcome!

After School Hangout – Wednesday, May 1st at 4pm

Tomorrow after school we are making animals! Join us to make pipe cleaner animals, or animals from yarn or paper! Everyone welcome, no registration required. Recommended for ages 5 and up.

After School Hangout – Wednesday, April 24th at 4pm

Learn how to do some basic hand sewing to create a felt piggy bank tomorrow at 4pm.

Poetry Open Mic – Saturday, April 20th 1-3pm

Join us at the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library on Saturday, April 20th from 1-3pm for a Poetry & Spoken Word Open Mic. Come out and read your work or just sit and listen! Participants get 5 minutes at the podium and sign up starts 15 minutes before event. All are welcome to join this FREE event.

After School Hangout – Wednesday, April 17th at 4pm

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join us after school on April 17th for Secret Agent Training where we will be learning how to create secret codes, writing in invisible ink and more!

Library Book Club – Tuesday, April 23rd at 2pm

If you like reading and chatting about books then why not join our book club? Our next meeting is Tuesday, April 23rd at 2pm and this months theme is Biography. You can read whatever you like then join us to chat about it. New members always welcome.

Homeschool Meet-up – Thursday, April 25th at 2pm

This month at our Homeschool Meet-up we'll be designing our own stickers and learning some basic coding with our Sphero robots. All ages welcome, no registration required.
