What kid doesn’t like dinosaurs? Dinosaur Excavation Kits available now! Each kit has 2 dinosaurs that need to be excavated (dinosaurs may vary from those pictured here). Use the spoon, knife and brush that’s included to unearth them! We have a limited number of these kits so don’t wait to get one. While supplies last!
Veteran’s week is the week leading up to Remembrance Day on November 11th. It is a time to honour those who have served Canada in times of war, military conflict and peace. Canada’s diverse population of Veterans has served on many kinds of missions, both at home and abroad. Learn more about Canada’s Veterans with these Veteran’s Week Activity Kits, available in the library. While supplies last.
While supplies last. Drop into the library and pick up a Take & Make Kit to decorate for Halloween! Kits contain supplies needed to make halloween themed paper lanterns. Make a skeleton, pumpkin, monster or whatever your imagination can come up with! All you need to provide is the scissors
and markers/crayons.
While supplies last, drop into the library and pick up a No Sew Fabric Pumpkin Take & Make Kit. You will need a knife and some glue but all other supplies are included!
These things can really launch those q-tips! These are a lot of fun to play with so pick up one while supplies last!
These come out looking quite realistic considering they are made from coffee filters! Coffee Filter Peony Take & Make Kits now available! Each kit contains most of the supplies needed to make at least 3 peonies. You will need a hot glue gun though. However, did you know we have hot glue gun kits? If you don’t have a hot glue gun and want to make one of our Take & Make Kits you can borrow a hot glue gun kit with your library card. Just return the glue gun, the container and any unused glue sticks!
