Fair Crafts – Wednesdays 2-4pm

Join us each Wednesday for Fair Crafts! Drop in any time between 2pm and 4pm to make a craft to enter into the Stirling Fair! No registration required. Fair craft entries are based on age so there are different crafts to make depending on the age of your child. Each week we'll make something different. You can enter multiple items but only one per category. Everyone welcome, just drop in!

Coding Club – Tuesdays at 4pm

Delve into the enchanting world of coding! What is coding? Coding is the instructions a computer needs in order to enable a computer to do something. Are you ready to learn how to code? Join us at 4pm on Tuesdays throughout the summer. Recommended for ages 6+ No registration required.

Think.Make.Create – Saturday, July 13th 10-12

Drop in to the children's department tomorrow between 10 and 12 to make and experiment with making a squishy circuits robot! No registration required. For all ages.

Felt Owl Take & Make Kits available now! Drop into the children's department to pick up a kit while supplies last! Each kit contains all the supplies needed to make an adorable felt owl, all you need to provide is the scissors and glue!

Nerf Battle – Wednesday, July 31st at 9am

You’re invited to battle it out in an epic Nerf Battle! Do you have what it takes to duck, dodge and weave your team into the winner’s circle? Nerf guns, bullets and eye protection will be provided. Teams will have free rein in the children’s department before the library opens.

Exploring Wetlands – Friday, July 12th 10:30-12

Lower Trent Conservation will be at the library tomorrow at 10:30 to explore wetlands and how they function. Join us for a fun and interactive learning experience!

Outdoor Storytime – Thursdays at 10:30am

Join us at 90 Station St. beside the Train Station for an outdoor storytime all summer long on Thursdays at 10:30am! (weather permitting) In the event of bad weather storytime will happen in the children's department at the library at the same time. Everyone welcome, no registration required. Recommended for ages 4 and under and their caregiver.
