Mary-Ellen is a fibre artist who uses fabric to tell stories, express feelings, communicate ideas, bring pets to life and celebrate the world around us. Mary-Ellen began her journey into this art form by quilting and sewing with her grandmother. She is often inspired by stories and photographs from the past as well as photographs that she has taken.

Staff at the Stirling-Rawdon Public Library have each chosen a book around the theme “A book you would recommend.” You have until the end of October to read them all!
