Art Journaling – Wednesdays at 10am starting November 13th

Join us next Wednesday at 10am for our first Art Journaling meeting! Join us to just get creative, no experience necessary and all supplies will be provided. No registration required.

Animation Club – Friday, November 22nd at noon!

Animation Club returns for the next P.A Day! This time we’ll be learning all about flip book animation and how to make and design one of your very own! Recommended for ages 7 and up. Registration required.

Self-Sufficient Living Discussion Group – Tuesday, November 19th at 6pm

Join us for the next Self-Sufficient Living Discussion Group meeting on Tuesday, November 19th at 6pm. This month there will be a brief discussion on sourdough and sprouts followed by the usual open discussion. Everyone welcome!

Storytime – Thursdays at 10:30am

Join us for Storytime on Thursdays at 10:30am, a half hour of songs and stories with your little one. For caregivers and their little ones 4 and under. No registration required.

After School Hangout – November 6th at 4pm

Join us tomorrow after school to make poppy crafts! We’ll be making a poppy pinwheel and a poppy paper lantern. No registration required. For ages 5+

Donations can be dropped off any time the library is open.

Mary-Ellen Thompson – Art Reception, Saturday, November 9th from 1-2:30pm

Join us next Saturday from 1-2:30pm for the opening reception highlighting Mary-Ellen Thompson.

Mary-Ellen is a fibre artist who uses fabric to tell stories, express feelings, communicate ideas, bring pets to life and celebrate the world around us. Mary-Ellen began her journey into this art form by quilting and sewing with her grandmother. She is often inspired by stories and photographs from the past as well as photographs that she has taken.
