Boredom Busters!

Now that summer vacation is officially here, we've got some Boredom Buster challenges for you! Every Tuesday and Friday throughout July and August we'll post a suggestion for a screen-free (or mostly screen-free) activity or challenge that kids can do to keep the boredom at bay! Enjoy!

Take a Mindful Moment…

Mindfulness practices can help us to increase our ability to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. Therefore we are going to share some simple mindfulness activities for kids throughout the summer to encourage you and your kids to relax and reduce stress!

Week 1 of our book draws this February!

During the month of February we're giving away books! All you have to do is check out at least 3 items to get a ballot to be entered into a draw to win one of these fabulous books plus a sweet treat!
