Adopt a “Shell-ter” Pet

Have you seen our new little "Shell-ter" buddies yet? When you sign up for Summer Reading you can adopt a reading buddy shell to take home and keep! Why? They're good listeners, they encourage reading and they're just cute! So drop into the children's department and sign up for summer reading and adopt today!

Today's the day! Summer reading starts! Drop in and sign up today! Read books, collect fun stickers and win prizes! There will be a prize draw in July and August and multiple prizes to choose from each month so the more books you read the more ballots you get and the more chance you have of winning! Plus we have lots of cool books to read.

Check out our Storywalk!

We have been lucky enough to receive a Storywalk from the TD Summer Reading Club! The next time you come visit the library check it out by taking a stroll along the outside of the building and read "The Thing Lou Can't Do" by Ashley Spires.

Sign up for the TD Summer Reading Club!

TD Summer Reading Club is Canada’s biggest, bilingual summer reading program for kids of all ages, all interests, and all abilities.
